Yannick was raised in a small village in the South of France. There were 10 children in the local school including Yannick and his two brothers. He traveled for a while before settling in Japan for 4 years where he trained and worked in Tokyo as a photographer. This experience greatly influenced his style.

Now based in London, he enjoys working both on commissioned projects as well as in collaboration with creative people.

ヤニック育った場所は、南フランスの村。学校にはヤニックと二人の兄弟を含め十人の生徒がいた。しばらくの旅を終え来日し、日本にて４年間の時を過ごす。東京では写真家として活動すると共に,10BANスタジオで技術を磨くが、この経験が彼のスタイルへと大きな影響を残す事となる。現在はロンドンを拠点とし、依頼の下での撮影はもちろん、クリエイティブなアーティスト達との協同プロジェクトといった経験も味わっている。
